From the Rio Grande to the Grand Canyon
Spring migration through Texas and Arizona can be fabulously exciting. In the southern part of both states Central American species are resident or breeding. They include birds like Chachalacas, Kiskadees and Green Jays. A mid-winter visit to New Mexico sees a visit to Bosque del Apache as the highlight were 40,000 Snow Geese and 15,000 Sandhill Cranes create a breathtaking spectacle. Top it all off with staggering views of the Grand Canyon and you have a memorable presentation.
